Jennifer Lemisch, MA, ATR-BC, LPC, is a board certified art therapist, licensed professional counselor who has been employed at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia since 2001. For the past 15 years, she has been part of the Pediatric Advanced Care Team, the palliative care service at the hospital, working with patients and siblings, both in the inpatient setting and in the community doing home visits with families. Support is provided to meet the unique needs of each patient and family. Examples of work include legacy and memory making coupled with age-appropriate counseling.
